Refund policy

Important Notice: All our products are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted pieces made exclusively for you based on your personal requirements. Each item requires countless hours of skilled craftsmanship, dedication and materials, and cannot be resold to anyone else. Therefore, we have established the following refund and return policy, which we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Because each piece is custom-made and approved by you before shipping, returns and refunds are not available after shipment. Please review the preview photos and videos carefully before final confirmation. Please carefully review the preview photos and video before confirming shipment.

Order Cancellation & Refund Rules

  • Cancel within 24 hours before production starts: Full refund available (minus non-refundable PayPal transaction fee)
  • Production in progress but not completed: Full-payment orders are eligible for a 50% refund of the order amount (minus PayPal transaction fee); 50% deposit for deposit orders is non-refundable
  • Product completed and preview sent: Full-payment orders are eligible for a maximum 50% refund of the order amount (minus PayPal transaction fee); 50% deposit for deposit orders is non-refundable, and no balance payment is required
  • Product shipped: After shipment, returns and refunds are not available because each piece is custom-made and approved before shipping. Please review the preview photos and videos carefully before final confirmation

Refund Eligibility (Only Applicable Before Shipment)

Refunds are only approved for obvious craftsmanship defects, severe deviation from your custom request, or failure to meet reasonable expectation after 2 free revisions with valid evidence provided.

Application Process

To request a refund, please contact our support within 72 hours of receiving the preview with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will review within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (minus PayPal transaction fee).

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Minor artistic differences, personal taste preferences, or color perception differences that are not caused by a confirmed production error
  • Normal minor handmade marks
  • Differences caused by incorrect photos or information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after preview confirmation
  • Delivery delays
  • Any refund request after the product has been shipped
