Important Statement: This agreement is the core contract between you and us regarding custom services. Placing an order means you have read and agreed to all the following terms.

Service Scope

We specialize in wool felt custom services for furry animals, not limited to cats and dogs. We also accept custom orders for common furry pets such as rabbits, horses, alpacas, hamsters, and chinchillas.

For custom requests for exotic pets, large pets, or special breeds, please be sure to contact our customer service via email before placing an order to confirm feasibility. We will evaluate the request and provide you with a custom solution.

Artistic Interpretation

All works are handcrafted by skilled artisans, and each piece is a unique work of art. We will create and restore based on the materials you provide, but we cannot guarantee a 100% exact replica of the photo. The subtle differences that naturally occur during the handcrafting process are the unique charm of wool felt art and do not constitute quality issues.

Material Submission Requirements

  • The accuracy of the final work highly depends on the quality of the photos and videos you provide. Please be sure to provide:
  • At least 3 clear photos from different angles: front view, side view, and full body view
  • Well-lit, in-focus close-up photos that clearly show your pet's fur color, texture, and distinctive features
  • Reference videos that capture your pet's daily expressions and signature poses (if available)If the materials you provide are blurry, incomplete, from poor angles, or cannot accurately reflect your pet's characteristics, it may affect the final result, and we are not responsible for this.

Order Modification Rules

  • Within 24 hours of order confirmation, you can modify any custom requirements for free.
  • After 24 hours of order confirmation and once production has started, no major changes are allowed, including but not limited to: overall pose, main fur color, facial expression, size, and pet breed.
  • We will provide you with progress updates and feedback at key stages during the production process.
  • If you insist on making major changes, we will negotiate the corresponding rework fee with you based on the material loss and labor cost involved, and the production time will be extended accordingly.

Final Confirmation & Adjustment Service

  • After the work is completed, we will send you high-definition photos and multi-angle videos of the finished product via email for your confirmation.
  • We provide two free minor adjustment services for you. Minor adjustments are limited to: local detail tweaks, small area color corrections, slight accessory additions or removals, and other modifications that do not affect the overall structure.
  • We do not accept any subjective dissatisfaction, including but not limited to: "not looking like enough", "different from my imagination", "expression not as expected" and other personal subjective judgments. Such situations do not constitute quality issues, and we do not assume corresponding responsibility.
  • If you still have objective and verifiable modification needs after two free adjustments, you can negotiate further modification plans with customer service. Additional modifications will incur corresponding labor fees.
  • We will arrange shipment only after you confirm satisfaction and pay the full balance. Once shipped, you are deemed to have accepted the finished product, and no further modifications or refund requests will be accepted.
