Payment Methods
We use PayPal as one of our primary secure payment processors.
In most cases, you do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase.

We currently accept the following payment methods (availability may vary by region or transaction type):

Payment Security

We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Transaction Fees & Refund Handling
Payment processors (such as PayPal or card providers) may charge processing fees per transaction.

In the event of a refund:

  • Payment processing fees are generally non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued due to customer request or non-service-related reasons, applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Where required by law or payment provider policy, fee handling may be adjusted accordingly

Deposit Policy
For custom or premium orders:

  • Orders above $1000 USD may be eligible for a 50% deposit option
  • Deposits are used to begin production and may be non-refundable once work has started
  • Remaining balance must be paid before shipment
  • Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received

Deposit structure and eligibility may vary depending on product type, production stage, or regional compliance requirements.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify payment methods, fees, or deposit structures due to changes in payment provider policies or international regulations
  • Adjust customs/tax handling methods in accordance with regional legal requirements
  • Update this policy without prior notice when necessary to remain compliant with applicable laws
