What Happens After You Order？
1. Reply to your order confirmation email with your pet photos.
2. Our artists review your photos and begin crafting your custom piece.
3. We'll send photos and videos for your approval before shipping.
4. Minor adjustments can be requested if needed.
5. Once approved, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped.
What photos should I send?
For the best results, please send the clearest photos you have.
Multiple angles are helpful, but not required. Clear photos with good lighting help us accurately recreate your pet's markings, expression, and personality.
How accurate will my pet replica be?
Our artists carefully study every photo you provide to capture your pet’s unique markings, facial features, expression, and personality. Every piece is handcrafted with great attention to detail, creating a lifelike keepsake that celebrates your beloved companion.
How long does it take to make?
Production for a life-size 1:1 pet replica usually takes 4–6 months. Each piece is fully handmade and requires detailed work on body shape, coat pattern, color matching, and facial expression.
Will I see the finished piece before shipping?
Yes. Before shipping, we will send photos of the completed replica for your review. If minor adjustments are needed, we’ll do our best to accommodate them before final shipment.
Can I pay a deposit instead of paying in full?
Yes. For selected premium custom pieces priced over $1,000, you may choose to pay a 50% deposit to begin production.Once your piece is completed, we'll send photos and videos for your approval. The remaining balance will be invoiced after approval and is due before shipment.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, deposits are non-refundable, and fully paid orders may only be eligible for a 50% refund. After the finished piece is approved and shipped, we do not accept returns, refunds, or remakes.
